Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to influence HR
programs and initiatives from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies
aligned with business objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters and
organizational effectiveness
Drive initiatives for talent management, employee engagement, and
culture enhancement
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a Series A or
Series B tech startup
Experience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent
and employment matters
Expertise in core HR domains such as performance management and
organizational design
Proven ability to drive change management in a rapidly scaling
environment
Experience providing HR business partnerships to both technical and
go-to-market teams
